NOT SUITABLE or DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL?
If goods are not suitable, they can be returned to us (at your own expense) within 7 working days from date of delivery for a full refund providing they comply with the conditions of the refund policy. If the unsuitable goods you wish to return amount to more than £500, a re-stocking fee of upto 25% could be incurred however this fee can be deducted from a future purchase should you wish to re-select from our product range within a one month period of the product being returned to us.
To return an unsuitable item, you must call or email us for a returns authorisation number which must be clearly shown on the parcel when returned. Goods without this number will not be accepted.
If goods are faulty or damaged upon arrival, you will be asked to notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery of goods and you will be responsible for returning them to us at your own expense. The product(s) will then be checked in accordance with our refund policy and you may be issued with a refund for the carriage costs incurred. The product(s) will then either be replaced or refunded direct onto the debit/ credit card used to make the purchase.
ANY BREAKAGES/ DAMAGES/ SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO US BY E-MAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF GOODS.
ALL product(s) must be returned by registered means.
